Terms & Conditions – AEM IDE Raffle at adaptTo() 2025

Organizer

The raffle is organized by Nums, ul. Zachodnia 2G/83, 15-345 Białystok, Poland, NIP 9661831636, contact@aemide.com.

Eligibility

• Participation is open to individuals aged 18 or older.
• Employees of the organizer, their relatives, and anyone involved in conducting the raffle are excluded.
• Each person may participate only once. Multiple entries will be excluded.

How to Enter

• Participation is free of charge and not linked to any purchase.
• To enter, attendees must submit a valid email address through the raffle entry form, either by scanning the QR code provided at the conference or by visiting https://www.aemide.com/raffle.
• Optional: participants may provide their name.

Raffle Period

• The form closes on Wednesday, 1 October 2025, at 14:00 CET.
• Entries received after this time will not be considered.

Prizes

• Ten (10) AEM IDE discount codes will be awarded, each providing a 100% discount for a one-year AEM IDE license.
• Winners may use the code to purchase either an individual or organizational license.
• Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be drawn randomly from all eligible entries.
• Winners will be notified by email shortly after the draw.

Data Usage

• Participant data is collected solely for the purpose of conducting the raffle and contacting winners.
• See our Privacy Policy for details on how personal data is processed.

Liability

• The organizer is not responsible for technical issues, multiple submissions, or misuse that may affect participation.
• The organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the raffle in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Legal Recourse

• The decision of the organizer is final.
• Legal recourse is excluded.

Applicable Law

• This raffle is subject to the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
• The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany.
